We want you to be completely satisfied but if you are not, simply return it. Please notify us before posting it back and include your full name and address and invoice, or some relevant reference – no questions asked.
Items must be unopened with seals and shrink-wrap intact.
Please note: open items can only be refunded or replaced if they are faulty. If a replacement is requested we cover the shipping.
The cost of the return is for the customer account.

Refunds are done within 3 weeks of receiving your return.
We do not offer refunds on digital items.
