This was a super simple hat pattern. I don’t normally like pom poms on hats so I chose to leave it off so didn’t like the top of the hat. That said of you’re a pom pom loving person this is a super simple and quick sew.
Adelle Pears –
This is a nice quick sew and is going to be so useful! I left off the Pompom just to make it even quicker and I love it! I’m definitely going to be making more of these!

This hat is so quick and easy and comes out beautifully! I made my son the size 9 with a bobble and it turned out super cute and he loves it! I made myself the size 11 with the pom pom and it was also very easy and quick and I love the fit of it! Such a great pattern with many options! Very simple hat pattern. Didn’t do a pompom as I want to wear it under my cycle helmet or for running. It’s nothing exciting but it functional.

Probably the easiest winter hat I’ve made! I knit and crochet but sewing a hat is definitely a lot quicker!
Bonnie Hillman Riley –
I loved making these hats. They’re easy, quick, and fun. They’re a great way to use up those pieces of stretch fabric that are just too big to throw away, but not quite big enough for a t-shirt. Making the hats with coordinating cuffs makes it all the more fun.
Francisca Beitler –
I love this pattern. It is very quick and perfect for leftover fabric.
Tiina Norrkniivilä –

Randie Dodman –
So quick and easy! Made 2 in 15 minutes. Had to grade the size 4 with the size 1 to prevent it slipping over her eyes. The size 8 was a perfect fit. Did the all in one for the smaller one, and the 2 piece for the size 8.
Mariza Seymour –
Simple, easy to understand instructions and with some imagination your options are limitless. Various options to customise the design to truly make something special. I love the cuff version where you can use a contrasting fabric and / or fake fur.

I don’t think I’ve ever created a hat so quickly! From cutting to finish I’m pretty sure it was less than 20 minutes. I’m fairly certain I wasted for time trying to decide which fabric to use before I started cutting. The instructions were easy to follow. With so many sizes to pick from, you can make a hat for everyone in your life!
Amy Kaczenski –
