This is the cutest little dress ever! My daughter is so happy with her doll’s new dress, and it is great for using scraps after making her clothes. It was surprisingly easy if you are good at buttons.

  2. Crystal Anderson

The Sofia Shirt Dress is not a basic sew, but takes your sewing skills up a level (or refreshes some skills that may not be used often enough – like button holes). The dress itself has well thought out step by step instructions that even a novice sewist will be able to follow. It won’t be my last, and I’m thinking I need to make one for myself now!

  3. Sarah Miller

This pattern is so fun and cute! You will want to make tons more in all sorts of different fabrics for everyone’s dolls! These can take some patience because of all the small details included, but that is what makes this pattern so great! You will love it! I certainly do!

  4. Kerry Wallman

This is a really cute pattern, and I like the many options for sleeves and skirt length. This is really versatile and would work for any season. For the doll size, you are working with smaller cuts, so paying attention to that seam allowance is really important. Lots of great sewing skills used in this pattern from button hole making, top stitching, stay stitching. This pattern gives you a really complete, finished outfit with a lot of attention to detail.

  5. Maxyne Jacques

I loved sewing this dress. The pattern is well written and well illustrated. I even learned new techniques. I highly recommend it.

  6. Magda Rindmo

A nice pattern and a lovely dress.

  7. Karolanne Charest

This pattern has a real professional look and finish. Quick and easy to sew. A little bit trickier with the sleeves plackets.
