These pants were deceptively easy and wonderfully unique. I can’t wait to make a second pair.
Lisa Giorcelli –
This is a unique pattern that when sewn with an appropriately drapey fabric creates lovely flattering pants. The draped pocket option adds visual interest while the inseam pocket creates classic flattering lines.
Loraine Wilkinson –
Lovely Pattern Take the time and be rewarded there are plenty of options to suit everyone.

These trousers are perfect for warm/ summery weather if made in a lightweight fabric, or for work wear in a thicker cotton. They are a very loose fit, I personally would go to the lower size if you are between sizes. I was between L & XL so made XL with a slight rise adjustment (from the pants adjustments tutorial) in a plain black 100% cotton.
They be worn casual or dressed up, you can choose to revcerve the wrap fastenings, and tie them on the right instead of the left.
It’s a great advanced beginner to intermediate sew with the crossover wrap ties and piece where the fly would usually be. Take your time with the waistband, as you can end up confusing yourself!!

I have been looking for wrap trousers for ages! This is brilliant, I made the slouchy pocket version but will definitely be trying the straight leg and one of each too! As always the instructions are brilliant and they come together really quickly.
Leigh Ann McDermott –
Such a different style of pants! Perfect if you want to try wovens. Dress it up or down.
Jenna Page –
“These wrap trousers are fab!
As always a great pattern to follow for amazing results! I love the tie wrap front it’s such a cute twist to add a bit of glam to your trousers! Great sized pockets and used a cheeky snap instead of a button for a super easy finish! These will be a great addition to my autumn wardrobe! “
Liz Faber –
These trousers are super comfy, and great at hiding the extra kilos quarantine has gifted you, all while still looking like you actually got dressed! Some parts were a little tricky, but by taking my time and following the instructions and pictures they came together well. I’m already planning my next pair.
Tania Watson –
An unusual design which is quick and easy to see. Looks fab and feels comfortable to wear.
Genevieve Lynne Grossmann –
These are really lovely pants with some unique elements. These elements are what make them special. I really fun sew.
Jelena –
A well written pattern with spot-on fit. Instructions are very detailed, and I like that each additional step gives explanation why is something done that way. I can see more of these in my future.
Donna Lowe –
What’s not to love about the wrap pants? Its many options is a great compliment to the different personal styles and body type, because of this the wrap pants is great for all occasions.
Tiina Norrkniivilä –
A different kind of pattern for pants that has ties as a nice detail. Reserve enough time if you’re going for the more detailed version as some of the parts, like fastening the ties, will require some concentration and usage of the tutorial. For those of you who don’t like sewing zippers – this pattern won’t require one!
Heather Luben –
This is a unique and fun pattern to assemble. It is different from the normal assembly of pants and I really like how it comes together. I sized down because I used a knit, and would feel more comfortable wearing them if there was a way to secure the fly other than the waistband attachment, as it tends to gape if the pants sag down at all, but if I can keep them up high, it’s a nice look!
Tiffany Amos –
I definitely took my time with these and I love the finished results . I went for the double drape and I am so happy I did . Please take your time with these when wrapping and lining up the fly guard and everything should fall in place . Here is to another amazing pattern . I have to make these in adult size now .
Victoria Fenner –
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this pattern! A quick and easy make that looks amazing on. I’m not a fan of wide leg pants but these just feel great on and are so comfortable! I’ll be making more, and may even hack them into some shorts for summer!
Melissa Clementz –
Cute, quick sew for a comfy pair of pants. My daughter loves the pockets.
Deepthi Gunasheker –
Very easy and fast sew. Kids can also have stylish and on-trend pants now!
Jelena –
A very nice pattern, with excellent instructions. My kid loves them!
Jaq Platt –
Easy enough for a confident beginner, but with some unique construction to keep even an advanced sewist engaged. My daughter loves that her pants have pockets (the first thing she looks for in every pair I make) and that they are easy for her to put on all by herself. With all the different variations, we are definitely going to be using this pattern again and again.
Sarah Reddan –
Instructions on the drape pocket were a bit hard to understand as there was only a line drawing that doesn’t show the right and wrong side of the fabric, but other than that, it was straight foward and they are so comfy to wear.
Sandy Simpson –
I love the cut of all Rebecca Page Pants. These wrap pants are unique, chic and each pair can be totally different depending on the fabric used. A fun make with a fabulous result.
Catherine Murdock –
These trousers are perfect for summer , my daughter loves the tie and the pockets.
Stephanie Carnovale –
These pants are so funky!!!!! They are great for growing bodies! The options were great, I went without ties for our first pair and they look fabulous but I will definitely add the ties for the next pair! The instructions made construction easy. Totally in love with this pattern
