I adore this skirt. It is so comfortable yet looks stunning. I wore it out the other day for a couple of hours and ha 2 strangers approach me telling me it looked really nice. I have many many more of these planned, the one I have made currently is the knee length without ruffles, next one planned is knee length, with ruffles. Fabulous pattern I can see this being a real staple in my wardrobe for any time of the year.

This is such a gorgeous skirt and so simple and fast to make and it’s so comfortable and easy to wear being made from knit fabric!
Lynda Tomalin –
A super quick fun pattern! Perfect for the kidlets who love a twirly skirt! Made start to finish without the pockets and ruffle in less than an hour.
Clear and simple instructions and I love all the different options. The perfect pairing with the bandeau top.

The hi low ruffle skirt was super easy to put together. Simple, and with a couple hours- voila! Fun swishy skirt. I’ll be honest- the ruffle really adds time to the construction- it’s so much ruffle! BUT It’s so much amazing ruffle! Lol! Well worth the extra time. I made mine with a mystery sweater type knit that was actually in my discard pile. I was super excited that I was able to create something fabulous that I love with a wonky low stretch knit. It felt like giving new life to uninspired fabric. Frankly, that’s probably what I love best (other than the swishy swirly factor)- the pattern is very versatile, you can use practically any knit fabric you have on hand.

I felt so pretty in this skirt, it’s not my usual style but so glad I tried it. I used the instructions to remove an inch from the length. The instructions to do this looked complicated at first but was really simple and made sense. It’s a fun skirt, I’m going it use mine as a beach cover up!
Sandy Simpson –
I adore skirts with a different hemline and this pattern did not disappoint. I made the knee length skirt without the ruffle and it still twirls fantastically! This is a quick and easy sew and I look forward to making more in bright prints for summer.
Leanne Molini –
Made in a knee length which is the perfect length for a short person.
Malia Pope –
This skirt drapes and flows beautifully. Would have been a super fast sew if not for gathering the ruffle. But I had to have it. Lol. Really comfortable and easy to wear.

I think this skirt is ADORABLE!!!! It was super easy and quick to make. There are multiple options but even the most basic option is beautiful. Definitely follow the measurements to get your skirt size correct.
Amy Joy McDonnell –
Such a great skirt! I made mine with a lightweight stretch material and it is so light and comfortable on hot, summer days. Really quick to sew up and it has optional POCKETS!
Connie Lusto –
This was such a quick sew, and it’s so comfortable to wear. The knee length is great for warm weather in a lightweight knit, and the maxi length would be perfect for cooler weather in a heavier knit and boots. I’ll definitely be making more!

The High-Low Ruffle skirt is such a quick and easy sew with fabulous results!
Shona Young –
Such a fabulous skirt, its twirly, it can have ruffles, it’s high to low and with being designed for knits with elasticated waist its super comfortable too. Girls of every age are going to love how this makes them feel wearing it. The bonus, is that its super easy to make with clear instructions and you can even add pockets!
José Vernooy Winkel –
This is a very easy sew. Just cut and sew, and you’ll be done under a hour.
Fit is just as described, and the maxi length is phenomenal.
Finished with a narrow rolled hem on my serger, topstitched the top band with the elastic.

What an amazingly simple, yet fun skirt to sew and wear. I made this for my daughter to match her bandeau top and she absolutely loves them both. Being a knit fabric with exposed elastic waistband (and no ruffle on this one), this makes for a super quick and simple sew. I think it took longer to put the pattern together than the rest of the project. She loves twirling about in it 🙂
