Frieda Flavianu –
“What an easy pattern for a lovely home made cuddling toy! It instantly become my daughters favourite toy as of now.
“
Liz Faber –
This super cute teddy bear is already very loved by my three year old. Having space for his pjs to “live” during the day is great and looks so much better than the pjs just being on the bed. The pattern was easy to follow and quicker than expected to make even with the hand sew portions.
Mercedes Parker –
This teddy bear pattern is a beginner’s dream into the world of toy and bear making. It provides staggered opportunities to learn how to craft bears and results in a super cute inside pouch that can fit most child pajamas (or a wide variety of toys and goodies).
Celina Ng –
Easy sewing project. I will make another one, too cute.
Reen Wilcoxson –
The idea of the bear is really cute. I feel the bear could be larger overall. I feel the zipper could be stitched into the back of the bear before the bear is stitched together. As a consumer I would be disappointed that I would have to hand-stitch the zipper into the bear. If the overall size is enlarged, the head of the bear may be able to be rounded out slightly.
Urška Filipič –
Quick and easy sew. Some parts could be larger or there could be the option of hand sewing.
Tiina Norrkniivilä –
A superfun pattern for reusing old textiles, that suits both for play and as a sleeping friend. Some smaller parts are a little bit tricky, so a little patience can come in handy, but otherwise it’s an easy pattern to make.
Jori Cornand –
Very easy and cute to make!
Agnes Robinson –
It is a lovely pattern, I find the collar doesn’t quite fit nicely on the shoulder. I am not sure why. I have followed everything as instructed.
Mireille Ribiere –
Great pattern nice to make absolutely a winner for a good sleeping
Agnes Robinson –
Love this pattern. Very easy to follow. Looks great.
Kris Chick –
“When I made the top for the PJ’s I found it to be a bit challenging and more geared toward an Advanced Beginner to Intermediate sewist. Watch out for the collar and the facing construction here. It can be a little tricky.
The bottoms are super easy to make.
The finished set looks great and they are super comfy. I plan on make lots more of them, especially the bottoms!!”
Sharon Courtney –
Perfect woven PJ pattern! French seams give a beautiful heirloom finish on the insides too. Easy to follow instructions, thorough step by step guide for beginners and a quick guide for more experienced.
Andrea Whitrow –
A great design, instructions make the pattern very easy to follow and give a beautiful, high quality, finished pair of pj’s- love the french seam finish
Irene Grimes –
I will definitely making more of these – I already have plans to make them for several people as gifts. They come together in an hour with minimum effort and no additional supplies other than elastic!
Nathalie Dene –
I love how easy this was to make, while it looks so sophisticated! Beautiful collar, love the piping + the fact that you can choose between the serger/overlock option and French seams
Diana Holberg –
What a cute pj set! Instructions made it really east.
Mireille Ribiere –
Love it to make matching pair but for the kids i would leave out the buttons That saying the kids love their pj’s
Suzanne Schoen –
“Great pattern!! My daughter loves them and if she had a choice she would live in them full time! I made a shorts, short sleeve version but will make a long sleeved version soon. And I contemplate in making one for myself as well (family PJ’s ladies)
Easy instructions as well! Love it!”
Agnes Robinson –
It is a lovely pattern and easy to make. I found it a little big so went down a size and made the shorts a little longer. They look great on. I also find that the pockets sit a little too low. I would put the 5cm below the top line no lower than that.
Terri Shaver –
I really thought these were very easy and a nice looking pair of PJ’s. I’ve been losing weight and tend to make things bigger than normal, so next time I’ll size these down considerably.
Kirstie Balding –
The classic pair of PJ’s with lots of nice options to make them your own! With great skills to challenge and develop the beginner such as piping and buttonholes whilst being a satisfying sew for the more experienced, ending up with a great looking pair of PJ’s.
Pam O’Flynn –
Very easy pattern with great results. If you are a beginner, go slow with the collar/facing section and trust the process! So many options that become even more by changing fabric type!
Peggy Pazera Cooke –
Super quick and easy pattern, great to make for the whole clan.
Heather Gratton –
Nice easy trousers pattern that can be shorts as well..these can easily be made into day wear as well! I only made the trousers so can’t comment on more.
Alexandria Phillip –
This was the simplest pajama pattern I have seen so far! I absolutely loved how every seam was enclosed with either a french Seam or hemmed with zero raw edges showing. This made them feel more durable, like they will last a very long time. I highly recommend this pattern and will personally be making my whole family pajamas for Christmas!
Melissa Topp –
i really loved sewing these pjs, i loved learning french seams and i already have some more pjs planned
Laura Walker –
Fabulous pair of pajamas. My son loves them!
Clare Bowes –
“Loved making these for grandkids, for littlest I had to make a mix of 2 sizes as the sizing was a bit out (I believe that this will be fixed by the time it’s available), so top was 5-6, bottoms 3-4 which were a perfect fit. I made mine in brushed (winceyette/flannelette) fabric which is ideal for this time of year, and easy to sew with. For my next pair, if I decide to add a chest pocket to the top, I’d do after sewing button holes, as it got in the way and jammed the attachment on my machine.
Looking forward to making more and also some spring/ summer ones in a thinner fabric for them – when they tried them on they asked their mam if all their PJs could be Nana made ”
Stacey Kay –
Great beginner pattern
Nadine Simard –
This is a mix and match top, perfect for matching family pjs during the holidays.
Laura Walker –
I really liked this pattern. The collar construction was especially good, with clear instructions and a beautiful finish. I made a pair for my son and myself out of a light weight cotton as it is coming into summer where I live, but I am already planning a cozy, flannel pair for winter!
Nadia Cadby –
I loved making these pjs, a really quick sew and the first time I have put a collar on something – the notches on the pattern really helped. I practised my button holes and sewing the buttons on by machine and they are so cosy. I have a feeling that some short sleeved and short sets will be made for next summer.
Pamela Stump –
I hacked this pattern into a nightshirt to coordinate with my husband’s PJs by leaving off the collar, lengthening the top, and converting the front to a button yoke. It was fun and relatively easy to make. The directions for an unhacked version seemed clear and easy to understand.
Emma Polley –
Great PJs pattern, perfect for summer, winter & everthing inbetween!
Luana Furlanetto –
Very nice sew, I enjoyed making it, and results is great! It looks way more complicated than what it actually is. I’ll probably make more with different fabrics.
Stacey Kay –
Great easy beginner pattern
Kayler Griffiths –
Loved making the family PJs. Very easy to put together, instructions where straight forward & they’re adorable!
Rachel Loper –
So. Much. FUN!! I made coordinating sets for my niece and nephew and they loved them so much they wanted to leave my house wearing them (it was 3pm in the afternoon!). The pattern was easy to follow–I liked how they gave the options for the piping and the pockets. I chose to challenge myself and do the contrast piping, but it would be so simple to leave it off for those who are a little newer to sewing. 🙂
Leigh Ann McDermott –
This is a nice pattern. I sized down to a straight 3X but these were still huge.
Leigh Ann McDermott –
Wonderful pattern. A perfect fit!
Agnes Bobak –
I needed pants for my little ones. This pattern seemed perfect. And it was. Actually in minutes I managed to sew up those pants.
Nadine Simard –
This pattern is great for beginner and fun for family pjs theme.
