Nali Nali –

Charlene Lee –
Quick and easy sew , makes up so fast and easy. Love the look as a camisole with the lingerie shorts, very nice combination as sleepwear or loungewear.
Donna Jones –
I love the result of this pattern so much. The graded cup means a great fit for comfort all the time, day or night! It’s very important to follow the pattern cut directions as some pieces are on the bias, but the instructions (as always) cover all that! Also the stay stitching is a must to keep everything from distortion as you sew. Fir such a classic elegant style, this is a simple sew.
Melinda Cornwall –
What a beautiful and quick sew! I love that this pattern is so versatile. It can be used as lingerie or as a lovely summer top! I did the short version and will be making many more!
Carmen Brent –
What a gorgeous make! This was a very user friendly pattern for those who typically work with knits but also want to use some lovely woven fabrics. The bias trim straps give it a polished look, and the lining in the cups adds both support and coverage. Love it!

Sandy Simpson –
A quick and easy sew that fits well. The bias cut skirt hangs beautifully. This is such a versatile pattern. It is perfect made in a soft taffeta lining or satin to be worn under a transparent dress or made in lace to be worn as lingerie or night attire.

This pattern is beautiful and so elegant, made matching shorts to the top version and it makes me feel so pretty. Perfect for night time and not particularly hard pattern just fiddly with the cups and binding

Lynda Tomalin –
Really enjoyed this quick, fun sew. I made a size large and it’s a little wide through the sides (under the arms). I made this in a light woven printed fabric for a fun summer top and I love it.
Amelia Keating –
A deceptively simple sew that turns out a gorgeous make! It looks so complicated, but it’s really only a couple of pattern pieces, and with the right fabric, it looks like something I picked up at the fancy lingerie store. It makes for a great pattern to practice with slippery fabric like silk, because it is such a simple pattern!
Bernadette Aitken –
A lovely pattern for a very feminine slip. The fabric you choose can take it from sweet to sensual.
Laura Walker –
Gorgeous!!! A beautiful sew from start to finish!
Sarah Hopkins –
Usually shop brought slips don’t fit me so being able to make my own is so exciting. The range of cup sizes provide easy fitting. Its very dainty and elegant I’ll be using mine as posh pyjamas but I plan to make more for tops underneath cardigans
Clare Bowes –
“This is a perfect beginner’s pattern, introducing you to binding and gathering.
It is a loose fit slip, with 3 length options I made XL with a D cup in a lovely bright colourful satin type cotton.
I was between M, L & XL so made XL – Tip if you are between sizes, do the larger size, then you can adjust for a closer fit if required)
This matches perfectly with the Lingerie shorts to make PJs for warm/ summery weather.
“
Glo Ban –
Simple and easy, with great instructions to help anyone through the difficulties of cutting fabric on the bias and applying bias binding (I would also highly recommend reading the additional guide on how to make your own bias binding). The end product is well finished inside and out, and truly beautiful!
Lore Hill –
Love the look! Our straps are a little short for comfort so I am going to lengthen them for final photos.
Bernadette Aitken –
“A lovely pattern for a very feminine slip. The fabric you choose can take it from sweet to sensual.”
Laura Stephen –
I recommend making a muslin of this pattern. It has great potential, but may need tailoring to fit properly. I also recommend a little extra bias tape compared to what was recommended to allow more flexibility in strap length.
Michele Axmaker Chapman –
Beautiful, easy to follow pattern, results are a comfy and stunning slip/night gown
Michelle Mason –
I much enjoyed making this pattern and it feels so very pretty and when made with the lingerie shorts is the perfect pj pattern. I made my with semi sheer fabric with french seams and it feels lovely to wear.
Jemma Tredinnick –
I sewed the short version in a mystery silky woven to match the lingerie shorts and create a pyjama set for my daughter. This was a quick and easy sew with no complications and it fit her well. The instructions were well explained and she is delighted with the results.
Maja –
Pattern appropriate for beginner sewist, who wants to sew sexy or cosy piece of clothing, depend of fabric choice.
Veronika Lorenser –
I have been looking for a pattern like this for such a long time! After my 2 pregnancies and breastfeeding I don’t fit into any ready-to-wear nighties, so I had high hopes. I made size M, with E cup, added a dart for a better fit (my first bust adjusted pattern and darts!) – and now it fits so much better than anything off the rack and makes me feel quite sexy!
Charlene Lee –
“Quick and easy sew. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow.
“
Donna Jones –
I love this pattern! I love all the fantastic fitting advice and measurements, which meant I could measure myself and check EVERYTHING before I began my sew (inseam, back rise, front rise, as well as usual hip and waist) giving me confidence in a fantastic result. And it was! My shorts are fabulous! Paired with the ladies slip (waist, thigh or knee length) its a winner for all year round nightwear!
Loraine Wilkinson –
Great pattern made with cotton and bound the edges for a smooth finish. Looking forward to making more out of lightweight fabric.
Mireille Ribiere –
had to get used about the french seam but it looks lovely
Nadine Simard –
Perfect match for the slip pattern. This is a beginner part with option to use French seams to get your project to the next level.

Clare Bowes –
“This is a perfect beginner’s pattern, introducing you to binding, elastic waistband or French seams. So easy to sew together, with simple overlap when using binding.
It is a loose fit slip, size M/XL mix in a lovely bright colourful satin type cotton.
This matches perfectly with the Ladies Slip to make PJs for warm/ summery weather.
“
Bernadette Aitken –
These shorts make excellent pyjama shorts. They are loose and comfortable around the tops your legs. They are suitable for beginners or, depending on the edging used, a confident seamstress.
Carol A. Shaver –
I enjoyed sewing this and learned a few things! Thank you. It was well written and easy to follow. A few places were challenging as I’d never applied elastic in this way. But the directions were clear enough that I got it. Yay!
Michelle Mason –
I love these shorts and definitely want to make more for the summer months if time permits, they feel floaty and lovely and are comfy to wear, they also pair well with the slip for a summer pj pattern, I want to try my next pattern in some cotton to see how that differs in the feel compared to the semi sheer fabric I used this time and to attempt to learn how to do a rolled hem at last
Alexandria Phillip –
These shorts are adorable! Pretty quick and a great introduction to working with wovens. I liked that there are multiple hems so you can do the option you are most comfortable with or have multiple pairs in different styles. Great addition to your lounge or lingerie wardrobe.
Debbie Groves –
“Fits well. Love the hemming options to change things up a bit
“
Jemma Tredinnick –
This made a lovely pair of slinky pyjama shorts for my daughter (and they look great combined with the short version of the ladies slip). I used a slinky mystery woven fabric which did make it more difficult especially when doing the rolled hem. I would definitely make these again (but not sure I would do a rolled hem ever again!)
Nali Nali –
Ladies lingerie shorts made in size XS. It’s roomy and super comfortable. Easy to follow instructions and done in no time at all. Love it!
Maja Rus –
Simple and easy sew with great finished look. I will deffinetly sew another with fanciest fabric
Cheryl Schneider –
This pattern was very easy to follow. The directions for putting it together were very clear. Especially how to put together the side seams with the hem already completed. I found this very easy to follow and I have never completed a pair of shorts in this manner before. The garment turned out perfectly in size. I did serge it together and serged on the elastic then turned over and stitched down the elastic to create the “band.” The directions and pattern pieces had no mistakes that I could find.
Suzi Nasoor –
Love that It’s a simple sew which gives perfect and comfy results..im gonna use them as woven undies
Bunford Orsi –
This is a very easy sew, but you need lot a patience for the mesh fabric.
Amy –
This is one of those quick and easy projects that builds confidence in your ability to sew, and uses up scraps/small amounts of fabric as well.
Nicki Hibbits –
Making the lingerie wash bag was the first time I had ever worked with mesh. In addition to learning a new way to insert a zipper, I was able to customize what would have been a plain white bag by making my own bias tape out of a mini polka dot print that is subtly visible through the mesh. I love how this lingerie bag turned out.
Lieve Cox –
It was a very quick and easy sew. I used fabric, I think it is more challenging to use mesh 😉
Natasha Hepburn –
The Lingerie Bag pattern comes in three sizes, S,M & L. I started off by making the large. It’s generous size means it is idea for larger families or for larger items that need a little protection from the rest of the load (especially tie wrap tops etc). The pattern and detailed instructions made this an easy make. I love the fact that you have options of either using a overlocker or french seams, this provides a professional finish every time. I personally used mesh fabric and french seams for this. I felt it would just look more polished since the seams are all on view. I am looking forward to making lots more of these in all three sizes.
Clare Bowes –
“This is a nice simple item to make, ideal for scraps of fabric, as could be made any size to suit your needs.
Great for someone wanting to learn how to install a zip too, as it is a straight forward pattern, with easy to follow instructions.”
Adelle Pears –
This is such a versatile pattern! It’s great for protecting your delicates in the wash. I’ve made it to use as scrubs bags, it will be much better with the zip! Little extra touches like the zip tabs really make it look professional too.
Tiina Norrkniivilä –
I would recommend choosing a fabric that is sewable with a zipper. That makes the pattern fast and fairly simple to sew, especially if you can use a serger. The sizes are bigger than in many other patterns, so I found size S good for my needs.
Kelly Tuttle –
I just love this quick and easy lingerie bag! Took very little time to put it together. I plan to give them as gifts to my mother and mother in law!
Manuela Zender –
Super easy and fast to sew. I made the bag out of a light cotton which works great.
Bernadette Aitken –
This is a quick and satisfying sew. They are very useful for washing delicates or items that you don’t want to stretch in the machine. If you are using netting or open weave fabric it may take a little extra time and care. Mine are the perfect size for underwear (S) or a fine knit jumper/sweater (M). A chunky knit would fit beautifully in a large.
Melissa D –
A very quick and simple sew, and worked well with the mesh (which was easier to sew than I was expecting!).
Liz Faber –
I don’t know why I’ve never thought of making my own lingerie bags before. This pattern was so simple to follow – I’ll never buy a bag again
Debbie Groves –
Very easy pattern to sew, and this bag has so many other uses too ! I made mine out of fabric and plan to make more to store other items when I travel.
Deepthi Gunasheker –
Easy and quick make. And a very useful one to protect your lovely lingerie
Nadia Cadby –
A really useful and handy make. I made mine using mesh fabric that I had in the cupboard and it went together really well. I’ve made similar in the past so followed the instructions for the fabric version and didn’t use any binding around the zip. It went together really well and I used both my sewing machine and my overlocker.
Pam O’Flynn –
This Lingerie Bag pattern in three sizes is just what you need for all of your delicate items! Easy and quick sew, the small can be for undergarments and the large for delicate sweaters. Love this pattern!
