“Great pattern with good instructions. Can’t believe I’m able to sew my own wallet. It is great when we are able to personalize our own wallet.”

Great pattern with good instructions. Can’t believe I’m able to sew my own wallet. It is great when we are able to personalize our own wallet.
Adelle Pears –
This is a great pattern, there are a couple of more skilled parts to the pattern but the main challenge is stitching through all of the layers! I love being able to make my own wallets, so useful and practical and a pretty quick sew. Great scrap buster too!
Amanda Humbert –
I loved this pattern! Once you get the hang of the pockets, it is super easy! This wallet pattern is definitely a must have!
Amy Kaczenski –
A little difficult to topstitch but overall an easy sew and quick to complete!
Angel Poolej –
Easy quick make would be perfect for gifts. I think I chose a fabric slightly too thick but I still love it 😍
Anusha Krishnamurthy –
Looks like I will be making quiet a lot of these . Simple and easy to make .
Bernadette Aitken –
A fairly easy sew, that requires some patience to get a good finish. It is a great way to use some fabrics from your stash and you can really ‘go to town’ with your fabric selections. The note and card slots are generously sized.
Branka Čelić –
Bi-fold wallet is a beginner friendly pattern. Easy to sew, and open to versatility…few compartment can be added, such as coin zipper one. Velcro or button snap for thicker fabric would also be a good idea.
Carmen Mills Brent –
This wallet holds evetything I need-some cash and a number of cards. It has a simple, sleek design.
Cindy Matthijssen –
I’ve made two bi-fold wallets over the past few days. The first one I made with a canvas, but this fabric actually was too thick which made it hard to get a nice result. The second attempt really went better. I used a cotton poplin for this. The folding of the card slots is the most time consuming part, but once you figured out how it works it will be a super quick and satisfying sew!

“This is a nice wallet and perfect for if you want to size down your purse or wallet that you carry, for holidays for example (I hate carrying everything when I don’t need it all). Really easy to follow instructions, and a quick sew
PS. Just remember if you’re adding the bill divider to put it in with the open seam at the bottom (guess what I forgot to do!!!!) I’ll make sure I Do on my next one
It’s a great beginner’s sew

Real fast and easy sew once you figured out the fold. I used a card to help and it was a breeze for me. love how i can customize my fabric choice for my wallet.
Hayati Jamil –
Simple project. Perfect size
Jenni Elizabeth Early –
This one is so fun! Super-fast and super-hackable. Make all the wallets 🙂
Kainui Paet Nihipali –
The bifold wallet is an easy sew. Initially, I was intimidated by the slots but it came together great. Fabric choice is really important because it contributes to the thickness of the wallet slots. This was the first wallet I’ve made & enjoyed sewing it!
Kendra Quincy Knauf –
A great scrap-buster that is practical and easy to whip up for a gift or just to match a favorite outfit.
Maja –
Nice wallet.

Four fabric rectangles, a few hours in my sewing space, and I have a cute little wallet that was inspired by my Jeep. Exact measurements and precise folding were required to make the card slots but the time it took to attend to these details was worth it. The cards slide in easily but are snug in their slots so I don’t have to worry about them falling out. This bi-fold wallet is a fun sew that results in an item I can use every day.
Pamela Stump –
Simple shapes and precision sewing turns woven scraps into a custom bi-fold wallet! Make one to match your outfit or bag. This is a good beginner project. Take it slow and be precise in cutting, folding, and sewing (easy straight seams only!) and you will have a nice custom wallet at the end.
Rebekah Homer –
This is a basic bi fold wallet. Simple easy construction. Perfectly functional- not sure what else you could look for in a wallet! It came together very quickly, and I love the option for a bill divider. I made my first one super simple and basic, but the solid outside of the wallet is perfect for color blocking, fun lace details or even applique!
Renee Chin –
Overall, great and fairly easy pattern once you figure out how to fold the card slots. Very precise measurements or the alignments and stitching is thrown off. Will be trying it with a leather type fabric again and denim.
Shauna Richards –
This was an easy sew and came together beautifully! I set it up to take pictures and decided I liked it more than my normal wallet so its now my main wallet! My old one is just sitting forgotten on the table now waiting to be donated because this one fits my needs SO much better!
Shona Young –
The card holder section is a tad fiddly but it is worth spending a little time getting the concertina parts correct as it look great and is really practical. Once you have all the elements cut and the card holder bit ironed this comes together really quickly. I love how different looks can be achieved really quickly with this in different fabrics. These will make great gifts for men and women alike so I see a lot more of these being made ahead of Christmas.
Stacey Williams –
A great sew in for you and everyone on your holiday list!
Tina Marie Baber –
The Bi-Fold Wallet was a very easy pattern to follow. The Instructions are written clearly and directions are easy to understand. I enjoyed making this wallet from a Rebecca Page pattern. I honestly was at first concerned whether the wallet would be sturdy enough for me. However, I was relieved that I was mistaken! The Bi-Fold wallet is sturdy and durable, as well as personalized to my taste and what I would be wanting in a wallet, not just what I would have to settle for if I were to buy a wallet in the store. The choices are limitless, when you use your own style and personality to create one of a kind wallets. I will be making more of these wallets for myself and to give as gifts. Thank You Rebecca Page for this wonderful pattern!
Vicky Dufour –
Quick and easy sew. Super fun also ! Will add a snap ou something, as it does not stay folded. Great pattern overall
Vicky Hughes –
This is such a cute, quick sew. These wallets will make brilliant gifts
Adelle Pears –
I really enjoyed making the trifold wallet! Top stitching through all those layers was a bit of a challenge but a denim needle sorted it out. I’m so happy with the result and I think will be making a lot of these as gifts.
Nadia Cadby –
Great pattern. Really enjoyed the precision of the card slots and birthing it was a joy. I will be making more of these.
Jemma Tredinnick –
This is a quick sew and a good scrap buster. I made it in African print cotton with the optional divider which did make sewing through the layers tough but I managed by going slowly. It was so popular my friend took photos then took the wallet!
Sarah Miller –
This pattern came out beautifully! This is a perfect bifold wallet! I absolutely love the finished result! I think even a beginner could manage this as long as you take your time. Make sure to fold the card slots very carefully and if you need to unfold and retold until they are perfect. It is worth the effort for perfection! You will love this pattern. If you have been looking for the perfect bifold wallet pattern, this is it!
Charlene Lee –
this is an easy sew ,however it needs to be noted to cut interfacing 1/4″ smaller all around so that the seams are less bulky! this a quick sew and will make nice gifts for anyone ! Love how the pattern comes together.
Jemma Tredinnick –
This is a really nice and easy scrap buster. The only hard part is sewing through multiple layers. I made it out of African print cotton and it was taken by a friend within seconds of being finished!
Sally Partridge –
Once you master the folding of the card holders, this is a super sew. Great for gifts with a note or two or even a gift card placed inside.
Gabz Jefferson –
This is easy to assemble. Those pattern pieces match each other. I am so glad I sewed up this bi-fold wallet pattern.
