Free Summer Peplum Top Hack

We’ve just seen the most awesome peplum top hack that Leanne Miller of Millie’s Place Handmade did to the Pretty Party Dress… she’s turned it from a fully lined party dress to an unlined peplum top for summer. Love love love <3 Not only is it totally adorbs but she’s put up a tutorial showing step-by-step what she did so you can try it too.

What you’ll need:
