SEW ALONG: Circle Cardie

Come join us for a sew along! Over 10 days, we will be working our way through the Circle Cardie and we would love for you to join us!

If you’re new to sew alongs, you’re in for a treat! They’re so much fun you’ll want to do them ALL!

I’ll be sewing three versions of the Circle Cardie via video (a short ruffled cardie, a long banded-hem cardie with thumb holes, and a long simple-hem cardie with bell/ ruffled sleeves). It’s an incredibly beginner-friendly pattern and you can use a serger if you like, or follow along on a regular sewing machine. You can also mix and match any options you like to sew the perfect cardigan for you! It’s a quick and easy make with stunning, stylish results, and the gorgeous waterfall drape down the front makes it perfect for both drapey fabrics and comfy cosy ones!

You can either join in live, or save the videos to watch later.

Want to join in? Here’s what to do:

  1. Register here
  2. Join our sew along group – RP Sew Alongs. This is where all the videos will be posted and you’ll get personal one-on-one support.
  3. Once you’re in the group, grab your discount code for the pattern from the announcement post.
  4. Print your pattern and prep your fabric.

If you already have the pattern, the sew along is totally free. You just have to print your pattern, and gather your fabric and supplies!

If you don’t have your pattern yet, there’s a discount code in the sew along group so you can grab it now and get ready ☺️

The Circle Cardie is a perfect beginners pattern. We do have quite a number of sewists in the group who haven’t sewn with knits or who have never sewn garments. A challenge is always fun <3
