What do you enjoy most about working at RP?

RP has an amazing team.  Despite not working in the same office, and being all over the world, everyone is helpful and is a true team.  I have worked a few different places with teams and RP has a team feeling.

Can you tell us a little bit about how you got into your line of work that lead you to RP?

I am a super organized person, so when RP was looking for a coordinator for the sewing summit, I was excited to learn more about it. After meeting with Rebecca and Stephanie I learned more about the job and was excited to begin!

What is your favourite RP pattern?

Describe a typical day in your life.

Depends on the time of year.  I am in school so there is a lot of studying in my days, but then work as well. In the summer, one of my favorite things is to go to the community pool!

Tell us a bit about your style.

I tend to go for comfort over style, but I love a well put together outfit. I love jeweled colors!

Where are you from? And where do you currently live?

I am from Whitewater, WI but currently live in Tucker, GA

How long have you been sewing and how did you start?

I am actually not a sewer. I learned when I was a kid, but it is not a passion of mine.

If you had one wish (not necessarily sewing related) what would it be?

To go to Paris

What’s your super power?

I am the queen of organizing.  No matter what it is for, I love organizing everything, but with still keeping things fun and easy for everyone.

What’s the super power you really want?

Slow down time!

Describe your perfect Sunday.

Lazy morning sleeping in, a brunch of French toast, bacon, and mimosas. And a lazy day reading a non-school book and watching my favorite movies.

If you were stranded on a desert island, which historical figure would you want with you, and why?

Elizabeth Cady Stanton; she was one of the women who started the first feminist wave.

What’s the sound of your favourite colour?

Raindrops on a spring morning

If you didn’t have to sleep, what would you do with the extra time?

Read non-school books and watch TV shows I keep hearing about.

If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, what would you have a good chance at winning medal for?

Reading the most books

What do you wish you knew more about?

There are so many things I wish I knew more about.  Which is why I am starting graduate school in the fall.
